Discover the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI & Data Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, cloud-based data engineering, and AI-driven automation. This role involves designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, integrating AI solutions (including LLMs), and driving automation initiatives within enterprise environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and AI-driven automation workflows using Python
  • Design and implement data engineering and machine learning solutions on Databricks
  • Work with Azure cloud services (Data Lake, Azure Functions, etc.) to build robust and secure data solutions
  • Leverage Power Automate to streamline business processes and trigger AI-based actions
  • Integrate and work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, including prompt engineering and API usage
  • Build end-to-end AI workflows combining data engineering, automation, and generative AI capabilities
  • Participate in deploying and maintaining AI/ML pipelines in production environments (MLOps)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Lead technical discussions, provide mentorship to junior team members, and contribute to architecture decisions

Key Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in Python development, ideally in data engineering or AI-driven projects
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing and machine learning workflows
  • Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Data Lake, Azure Functions, and integration tools
  • Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools
  • Practical exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and API integrations
  • Understanding of building AI-driven automation solutions and data pipelines
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and deploying AI models in enterprise environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
