Discover the Role

The AI Automation / Data Integration Support Engineer is responsible for developing, integrating, and supporting AI-driven tools and automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role combines AI solution development, system integration, and production support, ensuring that AI applications are scalable, secure, and reliable across global environments.

It also plays a critical role in operationalizing AI solutions, managing deployments, monitoring performance, and resolving issues to keep systems running effectively in production.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strong experience in Python development and automation frameworks
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Experience with Copilot Studio / conversational AI / agent-based automation
  • Knowledge of API integrations (REST, SFTP, file-based integration methods)
  • Working knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Storage, integrations)
  • Understanding of authentication, RBAC, and security best practices
  • Experience in enterprise system integration (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, business apps)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control, release management)
  • Ability to support multi-region or global deployments
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Awareness of ITIL / ITSM principles

Key Requirements

AI Solution Development & Integration

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and automation agents
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and data sources
  • Develop scalable and secure solutions aligned with business needs

Deployment & Cloud Operations

  • Manage deployments across development, testing, and production environments
  • Maintain and optimize solutions within Azure environments
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of applications

Production Support & Maintenance

  • Provide L2/L3 support including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution
  • Monitor systems, manage alerts, and maintain observability (logs, dashboards)
  • Implement incident response and change management processes

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work with cross-functional teams (AI, data, security, operations)
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base
  • Drive continuous enhancements and adoption of AI solutions
