As an Accountant at TMF Group, you will support a range of international clients by managing their accounting and tax processes. Your work will help ensure they stay fully compliant with local laws and internal procedures.
You will work on more complex transactions, assist with the preparation and review of financial statements, and stay informed about regulatory changes that may affect your clients.

- Work with primary documents and prepare them for the accounting process
- Calculate and proceed taxes and charges payment and duties to state budgets
- Review draft payment orders
- Prepare relevant data for reporting
- Supervise archiving of accounting documents following the established procedure
- Review the accounting entries prepared by junior accountants
- GL: book various transactions re assets, liabilities and equity, including month-end provisions, depreciation and amortization, other monthly adjustments, etc.
- Prepare payment orders and documents for currency control
- Prepare primary documents for fixed assets, inventory items, settlements with customers
- Prepare accounting and tax reporting in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation
- Coordinate and take part in scheduled annual and unscheduled stock-taking of assets and liabilities of the Company
- Preparation of corporate reporting or parts of corporate report of clients and passing to approval to Senior Accountant
- Provide data and Clients reporting to Senior Accountant and/or Account Manager for approval
- Ensure meeting statutory deadlines in respect to each Client
- Control the accuracy and the timeliness of the payment process
- Communicate with the Clients on accounting and tax related matters
- Provide assistance during statutory or internal audits
- Perform other related duties upon management request
- Higher education in accounting/audit/economics
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in accounting /audit
- Good knowledge of accounting and Ukrainian tax legislation
- Computer proficiency and solid experience in accounting software packages, word processing, spreadsheet and database systems
- Intermediate level of English (at least)
- Cooperate effectively with Clients and colleagues by means of written and oral communication; listen to, understand and ask reasonable questions
- Be able to do a great deal of technical work by maintaining exceptional attention to details
