Kick-start your career in international accounting as a Accounting Officer! You’ll support clients with financial, accounting, and tax matters while ensuring their entities stay compliant. Working closely with experienced Accounting and Legal Officers, you’ll build strong client relationships and grow your skills in a supportive, dynamic environment.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, notaries, banks, advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide comprehensive financial and administrative support, ensuring clients meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and manage computerized accounting systems and financial databases.
• Prepare journal entries, statutory financial statements, and client-specific reports.
• Assist with cash management, including bank account oversight and payment instructions.
• Prepare regulatory filings for authorities such as the Dutch Central Bank and Tax Authorities.
• Support audits by coordinating with external auditors and providing required documentation.
• Identify and resolve accounting, administrative, or tax issues in collaboration with supervisors and advisors.
• Maintain accurate and complete client files and ensure timely updating of client records.
• Act as gatekeeper to ensure compliance with financial system regulations.

• A financial-administrative degree (ACCA, CPA, ACA, SPD, HEAO AA/BE) or equivalent through experience.
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP, and ideally IFRS and US GAAP.
• Solid understanding of finance, cost control, and accounting principles.
• Experience with SAP, CaseWare, and Dynamics is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Interest in international financial markets and instruments.
