Discover the Role

The Accounting&Tax Assistant will support the Accounting team to deliver quality and timely services to the pool of the allocated clients.
He/She will perform a variety of routine accounting activities under close supervision of the manager of the team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Performs  technical accounting support and administrative duties, such as entering sales and creditor invoices, processing bank transactions
  • Manages capital asset and accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare primary accounting documents if required
  • Maintains accounting files and records
  • Check on a monthly basis the balances of the accounts and support in preparation of analyses of the accounts if requested
  • Accurate booking of all journal entries and accounting documents into the accounting system

Key Requirements
  • Basic Knowledge of English (B2)
  • Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • High School Diploma and/or Degree Economics             
  • Up to 2 years’ experience in similar Organizations 
  • Responsible and organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and budget account
  • Problem solving attitude
