TMF Group Vietnam looking for Accounting and Tax Manager to join the team!


Key Responsibilities
  • Set goals, objectives and strategies for the department and its business development.
  • Review Key Performance Indexes for the Department and set action points for teams to follow up.
  • Work with management team to ensure efficient and effective cooperation across different divisions.
  • Supervise and coach Managers.
  • Lead projects which require highly skilled resources, e.g. IFRS reporting/conversion, due diligence work based on agreed procedures, etc.
  • Maintain relationship with clients’ management (i.e. decision maker).
  • Review deliverables to key clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
  • Analyze market opportunities and develop market share statistics for business development.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling of TMF services.
  • Prepare proposals for new/existing clients.
  • Monitor and control the billing, debt recovery and credit control actions in the Department.
  • Provide authorized signatory for payment instruction, and ad hoc assistance for Finance Division.
  • Work with HR on recruitment activities, performance review and employee relations matters.
  • Attend conference and seminars for networking and development purposes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements
  • Degree holder with full recognized accounting qualification.
  • A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in CPA firms or multinationals, preferably experience in Big 4 or professional service firms.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role or with management responsibility.
  • Excellent client servicing and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer specific demands and translate into customer specific solutions.
  • Excellent leadership skills and people management skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
