The Accounting & Tax Officer assists the Senior Tax Officer in daily deliverables to provide excellent service to clients. They provide financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports, submitting the reports to the client.

• Handle reconciliation required by the BIR;
• Assists to manage daily work with high complexity;
• Maintains relationship with clients and internal/external stakeholders, BIR and other government departments on client company’s affairs, etc.;
• Query management with internal and external- 3rd party stakeholders;
• Periodic update of process documentation.
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant authorities.
• Update and maintain records/information in ViewPoint.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any professional accounting certificate such as CPA/ ACCA/ CIMA.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional firm.
• Able to meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Confident, team player, yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive disposition.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
