We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Junior Executive to join our team in Honduras. This role is key to ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting financial reporting. • Review and verify invoices for accuracy, proper documentation, and approval before payment in Honduras. 
• Process and code incoming invoices in the accounting software.
• Ensure timely payment of all bills
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain and update vendor records, including contact details, payment terms, and contract agreements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including accounts payable accruals.
• Monitor and maintain accounts payable aging reports, following up on overdue payments.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions

• Degree or technical studies in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or similar roles.
• Familiarity with invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment cycles.
• Experience using accounting software (ERP systems like SAP or Oracle preferred).
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work on-site in Honduras.
