The Data and Records Project Compliance Administrator will be responsible for the filing and monitoring of the ROM (Register of Members) and ROBO (Register of Beneficial Ownership) projects within the VIRRGIN system. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is a fixed-term contract (6-7 months) to work on a specific project.
- Filing and Documentation: Ensure all project-related documents are accurately filed and maintained within the VIRRGIN system.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor the progress of the ROM and ROBO projects, providing detailed reports to the Project Manager.
- Maintain detailed records of filing deadlines, submissions, and any associated documentation.
- Data Management: Maintain and update project data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Communication: Liaise with project stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and address any issues.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Support: Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools (Proficiency in MS Office suite, Excel, Viewpoint, VIRRGIN and other relevant software applications)
- Previous experience in corporate administration, preferably in the BVI jurisdiction
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
