Our Digital Operations Team partners with business leaders and functional experts to select, deploy, improve and embed technology solutions which optimize operations benefiting our clients and staff alike.
We are looking for an experienced Kyriba Application Lead, with a strong ability to connect technology with the business to join our Global Payment Operations team. You will join a global team of professionals located across the globe to drive our Payment and Cash Management process transformation agenda.
Within the role, the successful applicant will work primarily in leading the further development and implementation of the Kyriba Treasury Management System & Payment Factory used by TMF’s Global Client Service Lines.
Leading the implementation of Kyriba
- Leading a geographically diverse team that provides day-to-day support of the Kyriba application and its interfaces towards global banks and TMF Accounting and ERP systems. Interacting with Kyriba Support to solve issues and enable new features.
- Assist in establishing connectivity of Kyriba towards banks used by TMF’s client business globally. This includes interaction with the local business teams on their requirements, liaising with the banks on their file format specifications, system configuration, testing and deployment.
- Part of a global virtual support team that works together to deliver a consistent service to end-users irrespective of their location or time-zone. Comfortable working across a wide range of cultures and time zones.
- Continuously developing knowledge of the Kyriba application and international banking practices. Assist in training for newly onboarded TMF offices and new users.
- Support the on-boarding of new clients into the banking processes and the Kyriba application.
- Preparation of process documentation and assist in annual ISAE3000/3402 audit exercises.
System Integration
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and internal systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow across systems via TMF’s Data Hub.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain reliability and performance.
Process Optimization
- Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Recommend and implement improvements that enhance productivity and reduce errors.
- Document workflows and maintain clear process maps for organizational transparency.
Bridge between technology and business teams to enable project delivery
- Effectively articulate technology topics in a understandable manner to business users.
- Manage expectations within the business of how technology will impact their operations.
- Ensure all project team members understand what is expected of them through the project.
- Develop comprehensive transition plan into business-as-usual project closure with the business and operational excellence team.
Partner with Business and Operational Excellence Leaders to deliver effective change management which sees technology embedded into daily operations
- Work with the operational excellence team to deliver and implement the change management strategy and bring end users on the journey across the business.
- Subject Matter Expert – Banking, Internal Finance or Treasury systems (Kyriba preferred)
- Familiarity with SWIFT payment and bank statement standards (ISO20022/MT messages)
- An affinity with business application configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience in Alteryx Analytics, Data Science & Automation Tool is a plus
- Report Writing tools such as PowerBI is a plus
- Experience with formal change management processes, including requirements elicitation, specification documentation,
- Min 5 years of experience administrating Treasury or Banking applications or as a Kyriba super-user.
- Treasury or Finance background and an understanding of international banking practices.
- Interest and experience in automation and reporting utilizing a variety of technologies (BI) would be highly desirable.
