Join our great team of professionals as an internal software support! In this role, you will provide guidance, training, and documentation for accounting and payroll software systems, manage change processes, and ensure compliance with global IT policies. You’ll collaborate closely with internal service delivery departments and different IT teams to ensure secure and efficient operations.

• Provide support, consulting, training, and documentation for accounting and payroll software, document management systems, and potential replacement tools;
• Execute, test, and document change management processes (e.g., coordinating and testing internal software updates, processing and sharing documentation, training colleagues);
• Define, allocate, and supervise user access rights in internal software systems in cooperation with department heads;
• Ensure the secure and long-term operation of software used in accounting and payroll services by applying TMF Global IT policies in daily work;
• Ensure compliance with ISO27001, ISAE, and TMF Group IT policies;
• Support internal audits;
• Collaborate with other departments, the IT team, and external IT solution providers.

• Basic knowledge of SQL is essential;
• Basic ability to read and interpret code is essential;
• General testing skills;
• Strong problem-solving abilities;
• Out-of-the-box thinking;
• Client-focused mindset;
• Good communication skills in both Hungarian and English;
• Openness to learning new technologies;
• Education in the IT field is an advantage, but not a primary requirement;
• Some experience in any IT type of work is an advantage.
