Discover the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Application Technical Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for critical business applications used across Sales, Marketing, and Legal functions. This role will support and maintain systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, OneTrust, DocuSign, TeamMate+, Fenergo, and other related applications. The ideal candidate will handle application maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration, release deployments, performance monitoring, and user assistance. Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Maintenance

  • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for applications within Sales, Marketing, and Legal domains including:
    Dynamics 365 CRM, OneTrust, DocuSign, TeamMate+, Fenergo.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, service requests, and performance issues.
  • Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes with internal teams or vendors.

Dynamics 365 CRM Management

  • Manage configuration, customization, and deployment of sprint releases for Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Support functional modules such as Sales and Marketing.
  • Perform user access management, environment maintenance, and general functional support.
  • Work with development teams to implement CRM enhancements, new integrations, and updates.
  • Support data maintenance tasks including imports, exports, and updates.
  • Use basic SQL queries and SSMS for investigation or data operations.

OneTrust Support

  • Support the OneTrust platform for privacy, compliance, and consent management operations.
  • Assist compliance teams with configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.

DocuSign Support

  • Manage and support DocuSign for electronic signature workflows.
  • Configure templates, envelopes, user permissions, and automate related workflows.

Operational Tasks & Governance

  • Document support processes, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
  • Participate in change management activities and CAB processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to end users on system functionalities.

Key Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in application support or system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (functional & technical)
    • OneTrust administration/support
    • DocuSign configuration & troubleshooting
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
  • Understanding of integrations using APIs, connectors, or middleware.
  • Basic SQL knowledge and experience with SSMS.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Helix tools is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certifications such as:
    • Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
    • Power Platform Functional Consultant
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and advanced SQL queries.
