Discover the Role

As an Assistant in our HR & Payroll team, you will be starting in an entry-level position designed to provide foundational experience and development opportunities. You will be assisting our highly skilled professionals in basic HR & Payroll duties. Since this is an entry level job, you will be provided with regular trainings and updates for the technical skills that are necessary to become operational. You can also expect to learn a range of new skills, including how to work effectively in teams and how to use payroll software’s. You will also improve your communication skills, develop your analytical abilities, and see how accounting looks in real world.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in payroll and HR administrative tasks;
  • Providing support in preparation of employees’ certificates, employment contracts, addendums to the contracts, termination documents; 
  • Personnel files administration; 
  • Work in accordance with Romanian labor law legislations;
  • Employee data input in applications;
  • Assisting in issuing medical leave certificates;
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our Clients’ specific requirements and contribute to their enactment together with the team (ex: Clients’ specific KPIs, invoicing and so on)

Key requirements
  • You are a final year student or recent degree holder in Human Resources, Administration or related field;
  • You possess good analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Excel would be considered as a great advantage;
  • Communication and team work are your strenghts;
  • Eager to learn and excited about the opportunity to grow within an international, dynamic and supportive environment;
