Discover the Role

As the Assistant in our HR & payroll team, you will be supporting payroll operations with a focus on administrative tasks. Your role will be administrative in nature, meaning you will be handling tasks that are crucial to the accurate and timely processing of employee pay and related documentation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Filing of the clients’ documentation;
  • Registration/deregistration of employees on Pension Insurance Institute;
  • Uploading reports to the tax authority portal;
  • Provide support in preparation of different employment statements (income statements, certificates, etc.)
  • Preparation of banking payroll file to be uploaded to the banking system for payment
  • Organize and archive files, ensuring that they are properly categorized and securely stored;
  • Collecting of all necessary information from the client on time, under close supervision;
  • Ensure all scanned and archived documents are managed according to data protection regulations and client confidentiality agreements;
  • Assist in preparation of data that are required for payroll processing;
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the payroll documents;
  • Communicate with clients and authorities;

Key requirements
  • Good organizational skills with a keen attention to detail;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
  • Any previous experience on similar roles is desirable;
  • Excellent communication skills to work with clients and internal teams effectively;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders;
  • Good command of English (both verbal and written);
  • Bachelor’s degree in economy or other related field would be preferred
