This position assists the Manager in daily deliverables to provide excellent service to clients. They provide financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports, submitting the reports to the client. This position will work on-site at our client's office.

• Manage daily operations of the Accounting Department.
• Review monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statements, management reports, and tax reports for 4 Solar Farms and 9 Holding Companies. (1 Solar farm has around 7 - 10 payments per month, 1 Holding Company has around 3 – 5 admin payments/ month prepared by Outsourcing team and in-house General Accountant). 
• Co-ordinate with Outsourcing teams (accounting and legal consultancy) to do reports required by local authorities (DPI reports, customs reports, etc.).
• Work with Internal and Independent Auditors; ensure compliance with local tax regulations and Group policies.
• Coordinate with Tax Authorities for annual tax audits and optimize tax positions.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations, especially in the renewable energy sector.
• Support project managers and local teams in finance and cost management matters in line with submitted budget.
• Prepare and monitor short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor intercompany loans and bank loans (repayment schedules, interest, covenant compliance).
• Prepare regulatory reports related to foreign loans.
• Prepare and analyze monthly electricity generation and revenue performance for solar farms.
• Act as the key finance contact for EVN, banks, authorities, and external partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Degree Holder in Accountancy or business related disciplines;
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in CPA firms or multinational companies;
• Sound knowledge of international accounting and banking practices;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Pursuing or qualified in Local professional examinations.
