Discover the Role

The Associate CDD Officer assists the Senior CDD Officer and CDD Officer for a designated market in KYC operations. This role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards, as well as coordinating the review of client data collection and KYC assessments for all clients serviced by TMF within the relevant market.


Key Responsibilities

Execution:

  • Support the Senior CDD Officer and CDD Officer with the KYC process for the respective market to ensure accurate and timely compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Provide guidance on cases


Process Improvement & Compliance:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance CDD processes and implement best practices to optimise efficiency and accuracy
    Ensure all CDD-related activities comply with relevant regulations and standards while minimising operational risks

Key Requirements
  • Degree educated
  • Proven 2–5 years of experience in KYC, CDD, or related compliance roles
  • Strong process management skills, with the ability to design and implement efficient workflows
  • In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations, client screening processes, and risk assessment methodologies
  • Proficiency in Mandarin
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities to address complex escalations
