TMF is hiring an associate in global entity management team in Chengdu.

This role assists in handling a portfolio of companies incorporated in offshore jurisdictions such as BVI and

Cayman and ensures that all company secretarial matters of client companies are handled.

· Assist Senior Executive in providing company secretarial services to a range of offshore companies;

· Handle full set of company secretarial documents;

· Coordinate with counterparties internally and externally for company incorporation and annual company

secretarial matters;

· Communicate with clients with reviewed by supervisors, if necessary

· Handle the internal approval process and billing matters

· Update and maintain records/information in documents management system;

· Follow the instructions from the supervisors.

· Minimum 1 year relevant experience gained in professional firm/ CPA firm/law firm;

· Good computer skills and familiar with documents management system as an advantage;

· Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;

· Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;

· Independent and able to work under pressure;

· Open to outstanding fresh graduates.
