Discover the Role

The role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR and payroll operations at the client’s office.



Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, classify, and manage employee documents: Gather documents from employees (e.g., employee data, medical, labor-related) on the date of visit and ensure proper classification, validation, and filing for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Prepare and submit Social Insurance (SI) reports: Collect monthly HR data (new hires, terminations, salary changes, leave records), generate SI reports in the SI system, and submit them to the government e-system (token kept by clients).
  • Coordinate with Social Insurance authorities: Verify submitted data with SI departments, resolve discrepancies, follow up on requirements, and support re-submissions when needed.
  • Process SI claims and employee benefits: Review and submit employee claims (maternity, sick leave, hospitalization), ensure documents meet legal requirements, track approval results, and communicate outcomes to employees and clients.
  • Manage employee insurance records and healthcare coverage: Handle SI booklets (merge, close, adjust contributions), register and update health insurance cards, process replacements, and manage changes to employee coverage.
  • Handle Employer’s Personal Income Tax (PIT) filing and compliance support: Prepare and submit PIT reports, register tax codes and dependents, support employer’s tax finalization, guide employees on documentation, and keep HR updated on regulatory changes related to tax, labor, and insurance.



Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, payroll, administrative, or related roles (fresh graduates are welcome);
  • Basic understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax (PIT);
  • Ability to support clients in basic HR and administrative tasks;
  • Experience in drafting labor contracts and maintaining employee records is an advantage;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee data and documents;
  • Good communication skills in Vietnamese; basic English is a plus;
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Willing to work on-site at the client’s office in Quang Ngai (up to 2 days/week as assigned schedule);
  • Careful, responsible, and able to handle repetitive and operational tasks;
  • Proactive, responsive, and service-oriented mindset;
  • Able to start work immediately.
