Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality corporate secretarial services to our listed clients included but not limited to:
  • Organizing board, committee and shareholders meetings.
  • Preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings.
  • To coordinate and assist in the drafting and preparation of announcements, circulars and interim / annual reports.
  • Communication with internal clients, external agents, banks, authorities.
  • Maintain and update statutory records and filings in compliance with the Companies Ordinance.
  • Assist in managing a portfolio of listed clients’ companies and their groups companies, located locally or overseas in compliance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and the Listing Rules, etc
  • Assist senior / superior in other administrative tasks from time to time.




Key requirements

    Degree in Corporate Governance, Accounting, Legal Studies or other business-related disciplines

    Less 1-year experience in professional firms/ law firms/ CPA firms

    Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

    Eager to develop career in Company Secretary field

    Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Cantonese; fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage
