TMF is hiring an associate for Secondment Services in Shanghai.

Accounts Receivable Operations 
* Manage end-to-end AR processes including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
  * Monitor customer accounts and aging reports to minimize overdue receivables.
* Ensure accurate and timely posting of payments and resolution of discrepancies.

 Client Communication & Relationship Management 
* Liaise with high-end clientele and internal teams to resolve billing issues professionally.
* Maintain a courteous and brand-aligned tone in all communications.
  * Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

 Reporting & Compliance 

  * Prepare AR reports including DSO, collection rates, and aging analysis.
* Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
  * Ensure compliance with financial policies and luxury retail standards.

• Diploma holder or above.

• 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably gained in professional firms.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
