TMF Group Australia is looking for a Associate/Senior Associate Corporate Secretarial, to join the team!


Key Responsibilities
  • Assists the Manager / Senior Manager in providing company secretarial services to a range of non-listed client companies.
  • Handles full set of company secretarial documents.
  • Communicates with clients independently.
  • Drafts and issue invoices, follow up debts.
  • Monitors the renewal of license fees for clients’ companies.
  • Prepares resolutions and correspondence to clients for review by manager, if necessary.
  • Arranges funds transfer for clients’ companies and liaise with bankers ensuring payments are effected on a timely basis.
  • Maintains statutory records for clients’ companies.
  • Updates and maintain records/information in ViewPoint.
  • Follows instructions from the Manager and other superiors.

Key requirements
  • Degree holder; Student member of ICSA / GIA or above is preferred (or local equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/ CPA firm/law firm.
  • Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with Companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies.
  • Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
