TMF

The Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end‑to‑end automation and integration solutions using .NET (C#), Azure PaaS, Power Automate, and other automation tools. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and reliable automation solutions aligned with industry best practices and business requirements. The engineer will collaborate closely with Process Analysts, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure efficient process design, deployment, and data integrity across all environments.

• Design and develop automation and integration solutions using .NET (C#), Azure PaaS, Power Automate, and related tools
• Create solution design documents, including to‑be process designs in line with delivery standards
• Collaborate with Process Analysts / Business Analysts to review and finalize process definition documents
• Ensure automation solutions follow industry best practices, delivery standards, and security compliance
• Migrate automation and integration processes across development, test, and production environments
• Perform testing and support deployment of automation solutions
• Ensure high data integrity, confidentiality, and security of client data
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation and integration issues in a timely manner
• Maintain proper documentation for solutions, configurations, and deployments

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong experience in .NET (C#) development
• Hands‑on experience with Azure PaaS services
• Experience with Power Automate and automation/integration tools
• Understanding of automation lifecycle, deployments, and environment migrations
• Experience working with business/process analysts
• Strong knowledge of data security, compliance, and best development practices
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to deliver solutions within timelines and with minimal supervision
