As a Business Academy Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the development and delivery of impactful learning experiences. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of educational content, assist with administrative tasks, and collaborate on projects that align with both business needs and your personal career goals. You’ll work closely with the Business Academy team, gaining exposure to learning design, stakeholder engagement, and digital tools that shape modern workplace education.
- Support the creation and organization of learning paths and self-paced content libraries
- Conduct research and draft content or solutions to support team projects, programs, and business-as-usual activities
- Assist with administrative tasks related to project and program delivery
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) through calls and written communication
- Contribute to the development of course materials, including PowerPoint slide decks and accompanying scripts
- Use video editing tools (e.g., Synthesia) to help produce engaging learning content
- Provide administrative support to the Learning Management System (LMS) team
- Participate in team meetings and communications, occasionally engaging with wider business stakeholders
- Student with focus on Adult Learning Theory and Design, or other business-aligned studies;
- Proficient in MS Office suite needed for reporting and presentations;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Attention to detail with any graphic design/video editing related background or interests;
