Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve complex support tickets related to Yardi software.
  • Act as the liaison between client teams and internal Accounting/Operations to onboard clients onto TMF’s technology systems.
  • Document the complete Yardi setup, fund configuration details, and operational workflows.
  • Analyse, design, configure, and test fund structures in Yardi, including static data, financial data, and custom reporting requirements.
  • Assist with Chart of Accounts (COA) mapping and support accounting/financial data migration between internal, client, and third-party systems.
  • Coordinate with relevant functional teams to ensure workflows meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for reporting and calculation models.
  • Perform data testing, reconciliation, and validation for onboarded or migrated funds.
  • Assist in creating specifications for custom reports, participate in testing cycles, and support integration setup.
  • Provide Yardi support and best-practice guidance to Accounting teams.
  • Contribute to discussions on operational processes, workflow efficiencies, and best practice frameworks.
  • Participate in ongoing process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
  • Conduct project handover calls with Fund Accounting teams, explaining setup documentation, static data, financial data, and resolving queries.
  • Drive enhancements, process improvements, and optimization across Yardi systems.

Key Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications preferred (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or relevant IT certifications).

 

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience working with Yardi systems, fund administration, or financial system implementations.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, accounting principles, and data migration processes.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager, system setup, static data configuration, and custom reporting.
  • Strong skills in financial data migration, COA mapping, and cross-system reconciliation.
  • Experience with creating and testing custom financial reports and Yardi integrations.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data validation, and system testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of operational and regulatory requirements for fund administration.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven people management skills, including team development and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
