Key Responsibilities

Role Overview:

The role is responsible for providing advanced technical support, system enhancements, and operational optimization for Yardi systems. The candidate will respond to complex support issues, develop custom reports, automate processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance. This position requires deep Yardi expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve complex support tickets related to Yardi software.
  • Develop simple to complex YSR (Yardi Standard Reports) for various business needs.
  • Create stored procedures, system validations, automated email notifications, and scheduled tasks.
  • Build and upload ETL files across different business functions.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to troubleshoot issues and identify long-term solutions.
  • Provide guidance, training, and best-practice recommendations to enhance user experience.
  • Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
  • Work closely with development teams on escalated issues requiring deeper technical intervention.
  • Drive enhancements, process improvements, and optimization across Yardi systems.

Key Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification preferred (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, IT certifications).

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Yardi administration, support, development, or real estate systems.
  • Strong understanding of Private Equity & Real Estate fund structures.

 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven people management skills, including team development and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
