We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics CRM Senior Developer responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting CRM applications across TMF Group. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail‑oriented, and self‑driven, with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of business needs. Success in this role requires excellent listening skills, collaboration, the ability to provide constructive feedback, and a strong sense of ownership. Key Responsibilities

CRM Development & Customization

  • Develop and support custom applications, components, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Extend CRM functionality by creating custom entities, workflows, forms, plugins, and reports.
  • Customize the CRM web client and Microsoft Outlook CRM interface.

Technical Expertise & Solution Architecture

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CRM configuration, system upgrades, technical requirements, and user needs.
  • Architect CRM solutions involving server‑side code, business logic, workflow assemblies, integration modules, and plugins.
  • Design end‑to‑end business processes and integrations between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise applications.

Enhancements & Operations

  • Work with Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, and Common Data Service (CDS).
  • Utilize MSSQL including performance tuning, troubleshooting, SSRS, and SSIS.
  • Develop using .NET Framework, C#, CRM API, REST/OData, and SOAP endpoints.
  • Work with ADO.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, and related technologies.
  • Architect CRM‑based business solutions leveraging SQL Server databases, reporting, and integration services.

Quality Assurance & Collaboration

  • Conduct CRM application testing for customizations and configurations.
  • Participate in requirement‑gathering sessions with clients and internal teams.
  • Evaluate and implement third‑party tools to enhance the CRM ecosystem.
  • Work with Azure DevOps for development lifecycle, CI/CD, and source control.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customization and development.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CRM SDK integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of MSSQL, SSRS, SSIS, and database architecture concepts.
  • Experience with REST/OData, SOAP, APIs, and integration frameworks.
  • Expertise in object‑oriented design and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and version control systems.

Functional & Business Skills

  • Ability to gather and interpret technical and business requirements.
  • Strong problem‑solving capability with a high degree of ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Experience customizing the Dynamics CRM web client and Outlook integration.
  • Hands‑on experience with Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, and CDS.
