Discover the Role
We are looking for a D365 CRM Test Specialist with strong expertise in Sales & Marketing modules. You will lead end-to-end testing, including functional, integration, and regression, while ensuring high-quality deliverables. This role involves creating detailed test cases, managing execution in Azure DevOps, and collaborating in an Agile/Scrum environment. Experience in test automation tools like C#, Selenium, EasyRepro, SpecFlow is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform functional testing, integration testing, execute tests, and validate results.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
  • Plan and perform regression testing after bug fixes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, query meetings, defect triage calls).
  • Work proactively with the development team to streamline testing and development processes.
  • Take ownership and lead assigned testing tasks.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (TFS) for test case design, execution, and bug reporting.
  • Apply industry-standard testing methodologies and technologies.
  • Interact with team members to understand product requirements.

Key Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in CRM Testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Functional knowledge of Sales and Marketing modules of D365 CRM.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps (TFS).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Test Automation tools (C#, Selenium, EasyRepro, SpecFlow).
  • Ability to design and develop automated test suites for D365 applications.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and critical thinking.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
