As a Client Administrator you will assist a team of experienced accounting experts to handle your clients request on a daily basis. Learn something new every day and grow into the role of managing your own portfolio of clients.
- Administration and bookkeeping tasks delegated by the Team Leader or Supervisor
- Constantly developing (close) work relationships with advisors and clients, maintaining contact and meeting with (and when necessary visit) clients and their representatives
- Maintenance of accounting records and preparation of financial reports, i.e. deliverables
- Execution of client payments
- Organization and facilitation of audit of financial statements
- Follow up invoices to clients and collecting debts
- Execute all the necessary to have TMF Group and clients perform according to Compliance and AML rules
- Guiding, coaching and supervising new or less experienced team members
- 2-3 years practical work experience in Luxembourg in a similar role
- You hold a degree in accounting / finance or a similar degree
- You have a pro-active attitude to problem solving and can come up with solutions
- Experience in Yardi is highly valued
- You have fluent communication skills in English
- You are a team player, who can work independently as well
