As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.


Discover the Role

In this role you will provide support to the Accounting Manager on an ongoing basis to ensure the efficiency of the Company is maintained. You will safeguard customer relations by ensuring that work is undertaken efficiently and effectively.


Fund experience is desirable, but solid bookkeeping experience, including prepayments, accruals and management accounts preparation is a must.



Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client communications allocated on a timely basis
  • Prepare work to a high standard to maintain the Company’s corporate image
  • Attend all relevant training courses to ensure ongoing professional development
  • Comply with all the Company’s procedures and policies
  • Ensure that the rules, regulations and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships between individual members of the team
  • Perform all tasks delegated in a timely manner, seeking guidance when necessary
  • Responsibility for client portfolios
  • Undertake and assist others with the sections workloads as necessary and when required
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with clients of the Company
  • Make positive suggestions as to how effective changes can be made to improve the procession of the workflow


Work covered by these responsibilities:

  • Client financial and ad hoc reporting
  • Preparation of distribution analysis for investors
  • Preparation of client financial analysis, carried interest calculations etc.
  • Recording purchase / sale of investments
  • Recording calls and distributions
  • Recording transfer / sale of units, shares and interests
  • Preparation of and assistance with bookkeeping
  • Liaise with auditors
  • Respond to client queries
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations
  • All other tasks which may from time to time be allocated




Key Requirements
  • Finance degree, solid accounting knowledge
  • Accruals and prepayments knowledge
  • Management accounts preparation
  • Experience with fund structures will be a significant asset
  • Accounting systems familiarity (preferably Investran)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Hands on approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines,
  • Good communication skills both oral and written 
  • Numeracy
  • Reliability / dependability
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Fluency in English
