Discover the Role
In this role, you will support the day-to-day accounting and administration of a portfolio of investment entities. You will be involved in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners such as auditors and advisors. This is a hands-on position offering broad exposure to accounting processes within a private equity environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of the bookkeeping and administration of a portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), including compiling, recording, and posting monthly journal entries
  • Set up, maintain, and update computerized accounting records and financial databases
  • Prepare statutory financial statements as well as ad hoc, client‑specific financial reports
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports in line with client requirements
  • Perform periodic bank reconciliations
  • Manage and control Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
  • Assist with the resolution of routine audit queries and support the audit process
  • Support cash management activities, including administration of bank accounts and execution of payment instructions
  • Prepare regulatory reporting to third parties, including the Central Bank of Luxembourg (BCL) where applicable
  • Liaise with tax advisers for the preparation and filing of annual tax returns
  • Liaise with VAT advisers for the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT returns
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits

Key Requirements
  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong accounting knowledge, with a solid understanding of financial principles and reporting
  • A relevant educational qualification in Accounting
  • Prior experience in, or clear exposure to, a private equity environment
  • Knowledge of MS systems (Word, Excel)
