As a Client Data Analyst in the Payroll department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial accuracy and strategic decision-making.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining precise billing records, performing bank reconciliations, and conducting in-depth profitability analysis for each client.
By ensuring the integrity of financial data and identifying trends in client performance, you will directly contribute to the department’s operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records for payroll-related transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between internal records and external statements.
- Analyze client-level financial data to assess profitability, identify variances, and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor client performance.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Contribute to the automation and optimization of data management and reporting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a data-driven role, ideally within payroll, finance, or accounting.
- Strong understanding of billing principles and bank reconciliation processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and French
- Remote working policy: 3 days from home and 2 days at the office
- Travelling allowance: 3000 per month
