The OPTIX Client Migration Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing client migrations from legacy systems to the OPTIX platform. This role ensures seamless data transfer, system integration, and minimal disruption to client operations while maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance.
- Migration Planning: Develop and oversee end-to-end migration plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Identify risks and create mitigation strategies for migration activities.
- Data Management: Oversee data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation processes. Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards (e.g., GDPR).
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of escalation for clients during migration. Communicate migration progress, issues, and resolutions clearly and professionally.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee pre- and post-migration testing to ensure data accuracy and system functionality. Sign off migration outcomes and provide detailed reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and automation opportunities for future migrations.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and tools.
- Project Management: Experience managing complex migration projects with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent client-facing communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot migration issues quickly and effectively.

- Technical IT Migration Profile:
Experience delivering technical system migrations in IT environments, ideally in client-facing or end‑user‑focused roles, where you supported or led migrations, integrations, platform transitions, or system cutovers while working directly with clients or business stakeholders.
HR & Payroll Technology Migration Profile:
Experience delivering complex, multi‑country HR or payroll technology implementations, particularly across EMEA and APAC. This includes hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end payroll system implementations, data migration, Workday integrations, and establishing scalable payroll service delivery models.
- Technical IT Migration Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or Payroll related certifications and experience.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
- Dynamic, proactive, and hands‑on professional who takes ownership and drives progress independently.
- Strong self‑starter attitude with the ability to propose ideas, act quickly, and adapt in fast‑moving situations.
- Confident in handling difficult or sensitive conversations with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Able to maintain a calm, solution‑oriented approach in high‑pressure, quick‑turnaround environments.
- Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
