Discover the Role

TMF Group is hiring a Commercial Execution Specialist. This role supports business growth by partnering with Client Directors and Business Developers to manage key sales processes across global accounts. The CE Specialist ensures smooth execution from opportunity creation to contract sign-off, maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and high-quality client proposals. It’s a detail-oriented role with strong cross-team collaboration, offering growth in a dynamic, data-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sellers on global, complex opportunities to drive deals through the commercial process, enabling our customer facing roles to focus on the client. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Creating new Client Groups in CRM by analysing the customer ownership structure
  • Support opportunity qualification and Deal Team validation
  • Utilise Loopio to support standard proposal / bids, including preparation of standard price books and fee collection from local offices 
  • CRM opportunity maintenance & approvals, including updating opportunities, values, go-live and close dates, submission of approvals etc. providing clearer data to drive business decisions
  • Provides feedback on pipeline health and quality to Sellers
  • Support pre-contracting activities in cooperation with Central Contracting Team (CCT), escalation point for opportunities in flight
  • Act as SME for the assigned topic(s) to those outside of the team and as a mentor to colleagues within the team
  • Provide actionable insight to the team in the ongoing development and process improvements 

Key Requirements
  •  5+ years of working experience, ideally in multinational environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is beneficial
  • Sales related experience in sales support, sales, client management, etc. is beneficial
  • Attention to commercial and financial details
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, fluency in other main global languages is an advantage
  • Proactive in self-development, who is able and willing to learn from experience, continuously acquire new skills and knowledge.
  • Actively curious and savvy on the latest internal process updates
  • Self-motivated and able to collaborate to get results
