Incorporating companies in all free zones, mainland and jurisdictions and providing expert guidance to clients on the different types of business structures (LLC, Free Zone, Branch, etc.) available in the UAE and assisting them in selecting the most suitable option.
- Must have a strong experience working with Abu Dhabi and Dubai Mainland.
- Incorporating companies in all free zones, mainland and jurisdictions and providing expert guidance to clients on the different types of business structures (LLC, Free Zone, Branch, etc.) available in the UAE and assisting them in selecting the most suitable option.
- License renewals: preparing all documents and submission to authority.
- Liaising on a daily basis with relevant authorities including but not limited to Government and Free Zone Authorities, Ministerial Departments, Free Zone Customer Services, Law Firms, Courts, Public Notaries, Consulates, Embassies, Customs Authorities, Typing Centers, Chambers, Municipalities, Translators, and other 3rd parties.
- Drafting, submission and updating of documentations with regards to corporate assignments such as incorporation, change of Directors/Shareholders/Manager, authorized signatory, share transfer, activity and address changes, and other ad-hoc projects.
- Experience with opening of bank account on behalf of the client.
- Managing the key relationships with key clients and developing them further.
- Interact with and maintain relationships with clients, service providers and authorities to provide accurate information.
- Developing a competency and understanding of the rules, regulations, and practices applicable in the UAE related to company set ups.
- Coordinate with other offices and legal departments outside UAE to arrange legal documentation e.g. for attestations / legalizations.
- At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in UAE (mainly mainland Abu Dhabi and Dubai will be advantage)
