Discover the Role

As a Corporate Administrator, you will join a collaborative, friendly team based in Jersey while being located in Cape Town. You’ll support major real estate and property clients within our portfolio.

In this role, you will assist the wider administration team with a variety of key tasks, including company secretarial work, payment processing, onboarding activities, and other daytoday administrative responsibilities.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player. Experience or knowledge of the real estate sector would be a significant advantage and is considered a strong plus for this position.


Key Responsibilities
  • Undertaking all assigned administrative tasks for a portfolio of alternative investment fund structures and conducting full, detailed reviews of own work prior to submission for review by line manager 
  • Assist in company secretarial work, payment processing, onboarding activities
  • Maintaining pro-active communication to ensure that the line manager is kept appraised of the status of all deliverables
  • Working closely with counterparts on other teams to ensure seamless and coordinated service delivery
  • Maintaining files in accordance with internal policies and procedures
  • Drafting minutes, preparing board packs and making other corporate filings
  • Preparation of payment packs for approval by the authorised signatories
  • Assist with the preparation and filing statutory filings such as tax returns and annual confirmation statements 
  • Ultimately assisting the administration team to ensure that client queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Begin taking ownership of a portfolio of client entities 
  • Coordinate the preparation and attendance of board meetings, ensuring board packs are circulating to client boards within expected timeframes 
  • Work closely with the fund accounting team to ensure accounting queries are answered in a timely manner 
  • In addition to the duties listed above, the Administrator may be requested to perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as requested by administration manager and team

Key Requirements
  • Completed A‑Levels, South African Matric with strong results, or an international equivalent
  • Previous experience in corporate administration, financial services, or a similar environment is advantageous
  • Experience or knowledge of the real estate sector is a significant advantage
  • Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload to meet tight deadlines
  • Quick to learn, curious, and comfortable working under the guidance of a manager or mentor
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment
  • Professional, confident communication style
  • Proactive approach to understanding and responding to client needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and create a positive first impression
