Katowice is also the location for our new structure - the Regional Delivery Center, whose task is to serve the European markets of our clients, companies from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rankings. As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

As a Corporate Controller, you will be a key figure in driving financial integrity and operational excellence across the organization. This role is central to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting, while also providing strategic insights through cost analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will oversee the consolidation of financial data, support audits, and lead initiatives that enhance reporting efficiency and compliance with IFRS and internal policies.

• Review of the consolidated and corporate financial information.
• Detailed monitoring of costs per department and explanation of variance compared to budget and forecast.
• Liaising with budget holders.
• Monitor compliance with IFRS and Group policies.
• Contribute to the smart close project: ‘fast and reliable reporting’.
• Assist in the group audits.
• Assist in internal (monthly) and external reporting (Annual report, Quarterly reports).
• Specific projects and analysis such as reporting automation, integrated reporting, statutory compliance oversight.
• Collaborate closely with other group departments (accounting, tax, FP&A, legal, treasury) and act as a main point of contact for corporate accounting team to ensure required level of quality in reporting

• Accounting or finance university background.
• Experience in external audit, group controlling or exposure to other finance roles.
• Ability to work under time pressure and flexibility with regards to the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Proactive – takes responsibility – completes tasks – result-oriented.
• IFRS knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Numerical understanding, analytical.
