The Corporate Services Officer is responsible for providing high-quality corporate administrative services to a portfolio of client and transaction structures with timeliness and efficiency, and for maintaining strong client relationships. In addition, the Corporate Services Officer supports the Corporate Services Team with various client-related tasks and activities related to the respective Corporate Services Team portfolio during the Client Lifecycle.
- Incorporating and administering a portfolio of client structures
- Supporting senior Corporate Services Officer in administering financial structures
- Liaising with clients, intermediaries, bankers
- Preparation of minutes, written resolutions, and other statutory documentation
- Preparation of transaction related documentation and reports
- Validate and load transaction related payments
- Assisting with client entity reviews
- Setting up and maintaining client databases
- Keeping up to date with office procedures and policies
- Working closely with all internal departments to help deliver a first class service
- Ensure high service levels are maintained and/or exceeded, prompt turnaround of communications and deadlines are met
- Keeping up to date with relevant local anti-money laundering legislation and other regulatory requirements
- Other general administration duties which arise in the course of day to day business
- Understanding of Risks associated within the industry
- Compliance with Anti Money Laundering and other Regulatory obligations
- Possession of a valid Swiss work permit or work authorization is a requirement for this position
- Swiss Law (and management) degree (Bachelor or Master) or Paralegal with at least one year of experience in corporate law or corporate services
- Experience in financial and transaction services is a plus
- Strong self-management and organizational skills
- Demonstrates strong accountability by meeting individual goals and KPIs while ensuring accurate and timely timekeeping.
- Client service oriented mindset
- Strong and professional communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional fluency in French and/or German is a strong advantage.

- Working knowledge of MS Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Able to work independently with a minimum of supervision
