Discover the Role

The purpose of the Senior .NET Developer role is to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications for Service Desk and Chat Bot solutions using the latest .NET technologies. The Senior Developer will focus on ensuring that systems are scalable, efficient, and align with business needs. This role involves leading development efforts, mentoring junior team members, and driving best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Senior Developer will deliver innovative solutions to optimize application performance, enhance reliability, and ensure security for software products. Additionally, the Senior .NET Developer will continuously improve technical skills, staying current with industry trends to implement cutting-edge solutions for evolving business requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality software applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and quality assurance teams, to deliver robust software solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure high-quality code delivery.
  • Implement best practices and coding standards for software development, ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including bugs, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure that the team adheres to coding guidelines and quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the .NET ecosystem and incorporate them into development processes.
  • Design and implement database schemas, integrations, and ensure data consistency and performance optimization.
  • Engage in the continuous improvement of software applications, identifying and implementing enhancements to existing systems.
  • Work with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments (e.g., Azure).        

Key requirements
  • 6-9 years of hands-on experience in .NET development, including ASP.NET, .NET Core, and C#.
  • Strong experience with web-based technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, React, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services.
  • Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases, and expertise in database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, MSTest, xUnit).
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience on C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core, Microsoft Bot framework and related frameworks
  • Must to have experience on Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure logic apps, Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB,Azure data factory, blob storage, azure table.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
