Discover the Role
This Developer role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience who can work on SQL databases, optimize queries, and support data-driven operations. You will help manage organizational data, ensure database performance, and collaborate with senior developers, analysts, and stakeholders to build reliable, secure, and efficient data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Database Development & SQL

  • Gather business and technical requirements and convert them into database solutions.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL procedures, functions, and scripts.
  • Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries for business operations.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SQL/database-related issues.
  • Document database structures, stored procedures, and queries.

Client & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Interact with clients to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with application developers and business analysts to integrate SQL logic into applications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support data analytics initiatives.

Automation & Analytics Tools

  • Automate processes using Python or R.
  • Support end-users and provide training on BI tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, or MSTR.
  • Work on analytical tools to support reporting and visualization needs.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in SQL/database development.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, optimization, procedures, functions).
  • Knowledge of ETL processes.
  • Basic experience with programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
  • Experience with:
    • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
    • SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
    • Transparent Data Encryption (TDE)
  • Familiarity with NoSQL/NewSQL databases.
  • Ability to handle large Excel datasets.
  • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, MSTR).

Soft Skills & Attributes
