Discover the Role

This role is a client‑facing HR & Payroll Implementation Specialist responsible for delivering TMF OPTIX Implementation Services across global clients.

The position acts as a technical bridge between clients, onboarding teams, IT, and local delivery teams, ensuring successful HRIS/HCM integrations, smooth onboarding, system optimisation, and continuous improvement.
You will be the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OPTIX implementations and support both delivery and pre‑sales activities.


Key Responsibilities

OPTIX Implementation & Client Support

  • Deliver TMF OPTIX implementation services to local and regional clients
  • Support onboarding of new clients, new features, and new functionality
  • Ensure OPTIX solutions are aligned to client‑specific HR & Payroll needs
  • Act as a technical SME for global OPTIX implementation solutions

Integration & Solution Design

  • Own and manage HR & Payroll integration solutions
  • Work with IT and local offices to create mapping documents
  • Support transformation of client integration files for local processing
  • Lead business requirements gathering and own the solution blueprinting phase

Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct periodic solution and process optimization reviews
  • Document improvement opportunities and work with IT to roadmap enhancements
  • Ensure all solution documentation is current and shared appropriately

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Support complex client technology transformation projects
  • Track, manage, and escalate risks and issues during implementation
  • Work closely with Client Project Managers, IT, and onboarding teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and TMF local delivery teams

Pre‑Sales, Knowledge & Training

  • Support pre‑sales activities including technical presentations and demos
  • Deliver internal training, webinars, and knowledge‑sharing sessions
  • Contribute to internal forums and global onboarding improvements

Key Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in HR & Payroll implementation
  • 2+ years' experience in HCM / ERP system integrations
  • Strong client‑facing experience with functional and technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of standard payroll processes is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Web Services & APIs (SOAP, REST)
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of XML and XSLT for data transformation
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Advanced MS Visio, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Intermediate Power BI, CRM, and PMO tools
