The Digital Learning & Experience Design Analyst – Technical Content Developer plays a key role in creating high‑quality digital learning experiences that support TMF’s internal teams and client users. This role blends instructional design, technical content creation, and digital experience design to translate complex systems and processes into clear, engaging, and effective learning materials. Working closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams, the Analyst ensures learning content is always aligned with platform functionality, product releases, and service line updates. The role also contributes to maintaining a strong learning ecosystem by managing digital content platforms, training environments, and engagement tools.
Learning Content Development
- Design and develop technical training content and digital learning materials aligned with product capabilities and business requirements.
- Convert complex workflows, system functionality, and technical concepts into easy‑to‑understand learning experiences.
- Create user‑friendly content formats, including videos, guides, simulations, presentations, and interactive modules.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Managers, and Technology teams to gather insights and validate content accuracy.
- Ensure learning materials remain aligned with new product releases, enhancements, and process updates.
Content Maintenance & Environment Readiness
- Maintain, update, and enhance training materials as systems evolve.
- Manage training environments to ensure availability and accuracy for demos, workshops, and live training.
Learning Management & Publishing
- Publish, manage, and track learning content using the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Organize and maintain learning content libraries for easy user access.
Learning Engagement & Communication
- Support learning promotion initiatives such as internal communications, newsletters, articles, podcasts, and discussion forums.
- Ensure learning content is visually appealing, user‑centric, and aligned with UX/UI best practices.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 4+ years of experience in instructional design, digital learning development, or technical content creation.
- Strong instructional design capabilities with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience developing digital learning in various formats (interactive modules, videos, simulations, manuals, etc.).
- Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern digital learning tools.
- Background in IT or technical domains such as system workflows, product functionality, or digital platforms.
- Knowledge of Payroll, Accounting & Tax, or Entity Management is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles for learning design.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative, detail‑oriented, and focused on delivering high‑quality user experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, global, and multicultural environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related fields.
