The Product Manager – Service Management Tool (SMT) will own the vision, roadmap, and continuous evolution of TMF Group’s Service Management Tool—a strategic internal digital platform serving as the single source of truth for the Universal Service Catalogue and Global Scope of Services.

This role is central to enabling consistent service scoping, strong governance, and effective commercial execution across countries, practices, and global deals. You will collaborate closely with Commercial Execution, Practice Leaders, Legal, Technology, and Operations to ensure the platform supports scalable growth, regulatory change, and high‑quality client outcomes across TMF Group’s global footprint.


Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the full end‑to‑end product lifecycle of the Service Management Tool, from vision and roadmap definition through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and maintain a clear product vision aligned with TMF Group’s commercial transformation and global standardisation objectives.
  • Prioritise features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on business value, user needs, and governance requirements.

Service Catalogue & Scope Management

  • Ensure SMT remains the single source of truth for:
    • Global Service Catalogue
    • Global Scope of Services
    • Country‑specific variations and regulatory deviations
  • Enable structured workflows for global, regional, and country‑level review and approval of service scope changes.
  • Ensure transparency, auditability, and traceability of service scope updates across geographies and service lines.

Commercial & Stakeholder Enablement

  • Partner with Commercial Execution, Bid Management, and Solution Architecture teams to ensure SMT outputs effectively support contracting activities, including MSAs, SOWs, and GSOWs.
  • Ensure service scope data is accurate, structured, and reusable for commercial and legal documentation.
  • Act as a trusted bridge between global business stakeholders and technology teams.

Data, Analytics & Governance

  • Define, track, and report platform KPIs covering adoption, data quality, governance compliance, and usage.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data accuracy, completeness, and ownership across countries and practices.
  • Enable leadership visibility into scope consistency, deviations, and governance effectiveness.

Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with Engineering and Platform teams using Agile delivery practices.
  • Oversee UAT, release management, change communication, and rollout planning.
  • Continuously gather feedback from country and global users to improve usability, adoption, and business impact.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager owning internal enterprise platforms or business‑critical tools.
  • Strong understanding of service catalogues, scope management, commercial contracting, or service‑based operating models.
  • Experience operating in global, multi‑country, and regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and influence senior business leaders.
  • Track record of delivering data‑driven, governance‑oriented platforms with high adoption and accountability.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision‑making skills.
  • Comfortable working across regions and time zones in a global organisation.
