As the Director of Loan Administration Services, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the end-to-end administration of broadly syndicated loans. This includes overseeing workflows such as security master creation, trade and notice processing, reconciliations, restructures, and post-trade data management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance across all loan servicing activities.
This is a highly visible, client-facing position that requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage complex processes and stakeholder relationships. You will be instrumental in driving service delivery, managing escalations, and supporting strategic initiatives such as client onboarding, new business development, and product innovation.
- Managing team in processing all aspects of loan administration workflows including security master creation, trade processing, notice processing, recon, restructures, and related processes.
- Processing and problem solving broadly syndicated loans including settlement economics, secondary trading and post trade data management.
- Ensuring correct client set ups in place for efficient processing of loan activity.
- Managing and advocating around internal/external client output including, daily P&L, downstream FA inquiries.
- Client facing role for routine and escalated activity
- Managing internal stakeholders and client reviews including KPIs, service level reviews
- Monitor client requests and manage escalated items.
- 5+ years of experience in loan administration or debt fund administration.
- Education background in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
- Excellent level of English.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Ability to manage a large team and work across departments to co-ordinate client deliverables.
- Willingness and ability to work in a team, under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Background in commercial acumen across private markets including supporting client onboarding, new business development opportunities and new product developments.
- Loans background required including system knowledge and experience in reading / interpreting loan docs.
- Background in managing staff or evidencing qualities to grow into staff management role.
