We are seeking a skilled Mulesoft Middleware Integration and ETL Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Mulesoft and Azure Runtime Fabric (RTF) to design, develop, and optimize integration solutions that enhance data exchange across platforms. This role involves developing reusable Python frameworks for ETL processes, managing cloud-native applications, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness in payroll integrations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as a technical subject matter expert (SME), and contribute to the continuous improvement of our integration services.

• Mulesoft Middleware Integration:

  • Utilize Mulesoft for system integrations, API management, and data exchange.
  • Configure and deploy Mulesoft applications in Azure RTF, ensuring performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot middleware workflows and resolve integration issues.

• Python Framework Development:

  • Design and develop reusable Python frameworks for automating ETL processes.
  • Create custom scripts to enhance ETL efficiency.

• Azure RTF Expertise:

  • Deploy and manage ETL applications in Azure RTF, optimizing resources for scalability.
  • Implement cloud-native solutions to improve application reliability.

• ETL Specifications and Data Mapping:

  • Act as a technical SME to clarify ETL specifications and requirements.
  • Map finalized data elements to payroll engine fields and align with local Alteryx teams.

• Data Integration and Validation:

  • Develop ETL solutions to integrate HRP PLATFORM with local payroll systems.
  • Implement data validation rules and conduct testing to ensure accurate data processing.

• Collaboration and Project Leadership:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements.
  • Lead data transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Quality Assurance and Documentation:

  • Conduct unit testing and data quality assurance on implemented code.
  • Maintain documentation and internal communications regarding HRP integrations.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Undertake periodic reviews of solution optimization and document process improvements.
  • Support complex client technology transformation projects and provide guidance to stakeholders.

• Proficient in Python and C# for automation and scripting in Azure environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure RTF and cloud deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of API protocols (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and data modeling (SQL, NoSQL).
• Proficient in Azure Data Factory and MuleSoft for data integration and transformation.
• Familiarity with XML, XPath, XSLT, and data validation against schemas (XSD).
• Experience with Azure services (SQL Database, Blob Storage, Data Lake) and ETL process design.
• Advanced proficiency in Mulesoft middleware, including API design and system integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Mulesoft integration, ETL development, and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
