The ETL Test Analyst will primarily support API End-to-End Testing for TMF clients, a critical activity that underpins TMF’s global payroll service delivery. The ETL Test Analyst will also contribute to testing activities across integrated systems such as Lexicon, Optix, ENATE, Data Transformation Parsers, and other related applications.
Test Planning & Preparation
- Support the creation and review of test plans and test scenarios based on provided requirements
- Prepare test cases and maintain test documentation under guidance from senior analysts
- Assist with test data collection, preparation, and validation
- Participate in test kickoff sessions and contribute to test readiness activities
Test Execution
- Execute assigned test cases accurately and within agreed timelines
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of TMF digital platforms to end testing of TMF digital platforms
- Support the validation of new TMF office setups, client environments, and system configurations
- Execute test steps for user profile setup and access validation in test environments
Defect Management
- Log identified defects with clear evidence and steps to reproduce
- Retest resolved defects to verify fixes and update relevant logs
- Escalate blockers or issues to Senior Test Analysts or Test Lead when necessary
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Senior Test Analysts, developers, product teams, and implementation teams
- Provide regular updates on test progress, challenges, and risks
- Participate in test review meetings and support signoff processes
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, UpToDate test documentation including test cases, execution results, and defect logs.todate test documentation including test cases, execution results, and defect logs
- Ensure proper use of TMF’s test management tools (Azure DevOps or similar)
- Contribute to reusable test assets, templates, and reports as directed
Quality & Standards
- Follow established testing standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Ensure adherence to TMF’s methodology, documentation requirements, and delivery timelines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QA workstream
- 4-5 years of experience in software testing, QA, or a related field (or strong academic exposure with internship/placement experience)
- Experience or familiarity with test execution in professional services, SaaSHRIS, BPO, or technology environments is desirable
- Basic understanding of functional testing, defect lifecycle, test design principles, and test documentation
- Exposure to Azure DevOps or any test management tool is beneficial
- Understanding of Payroll, HR, Accounting, or financial systems is an advantage but not mandatory
- Interest in developing skills in automation or performance testing tools (Selenium, JMeter, etc.) is a plus

- Domain knowledge in Payroll, HR, Entity Management, Accounting, or Finance. Experience with HCM systems such as Workday or Optixisan advantage
- Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Willingness to travel globally as required
