Discover the Role
Join our Global Technology Services team as an Engineer – Digital Platforms and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of TMF’s digital client platforms. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions. If you have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for digital innovation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for applications hosted on Azure and Data Centers, including diagnosing and fixing issues.
  • Assist with deployment and testing of new components and updates.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain documentation of support activities and processes.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • Proactively monitor applications and manage releases and hotfixes.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL & ITSM principles.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in application support or similar technical role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, web services, and microservices.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and application release management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours.

Technical Skills

  • Backend: Java, Spring Boot.
  • Frontend: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Database: MSSQL.
  • Cloud: Windows Azure (good to have).
  • Tools: Helix, Remedy, DevOps.
