Discover the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to join our global IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure across TMF’s global footprint. This role involves working with advanced networking technologies, cloud platforms, and security systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security of our network services.


Key Responsibilities

 Network Implementation & Management

  • Implement, manage, and troubleshoot network hardware such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
  • Support and maintain WAN/LAN infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi, and bandwidth optimization tools.

Network Monitoring & Performance

  • Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
  • Generate regular performance reports and forecasts for capacity planning.

 Network Services Configuration

  • Configure and maintain essential services: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, VPN (SSL, GRE, IPSec), and NAC solutions.
  • Ensure reliable delivery of core network services across the global environment.

 Collaboration & Incident Management

  • Work with global IT teams and vendors to resolve incidents and implement changes.
  • Act as an escalation point for L1/L2 engineers and guide them through troubleshooting.

Security & Compliance

  • Participate in network audits and ensure compliance with InfoSec policies.
  • Support security technologies such as IDS/IPS, content filtering, and reverse proxy solutions.

 Network Projects & Documentation

  • Lead or support network‑related projects, upgrades, and change initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, procedures, policies, and network standards.

Key Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in network engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies (CCNA required; CCNP preferred).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Palo Alto & Fortinet firewalls
    • F5 load balancers
    • Zscaler VPN and proxy
  • Strong understanding of IDS/IPS, reverse proxy, content filtering, and general network security best practices.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and ITIL‑based change management processes.

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and analytical problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multi‑time‑zone environment.
  • Strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and mentor junior engineers.

 Preferred Certifications

  • Cisco CCNP
  • AWS Certified Advanced Networking
  • Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate
  • Palo Alto Networks PCNSE
