The specialist will be central to improving user experience, enhancing productivity, and ensuring smooth governance and compliance across collaboration platforms.
A. SharePoint Online Development & Administration
- Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and pages.
- Support SharePoint On‑Premise to Online migration activities.
- Manage site permissions, governance standards, and content structure.
- Build Knowledge Bases, analytics resources, and intranet pages.
B. Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps)
- Build automated workflows, connectors, and approval processes.
- Support modernization initiatives with Power Platform migration projects.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing flows and applications.
C. Power BI & Reporting
- Integrate Power BI dashboards with SharePoint Online.
- Manage data connections and external user access for reporting.
- Work with business teams to convert reporting needs into Power BI solutions.
D. Collaboration & Analytics
- Provide insights using collaboration analytics and usage data.
- Help teams understand adoption trends and recommend improvements.
E. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Lead discussions with internal teams and external clients.
- Support integrations involving third‑party partners.
- Document requirements and ensure smooth project delivery.
F. Operational Excellence
- Resolve tickets within defined SLAs.
- Participate in audits, compliance, and documentation activities.
- Maintain SOPs, governance standards, and technical documentation.
Technical Skills
- 3–6 years of experience with SharePoint Online: site creation, lists, pages, permissions.
- Strong Power Automate skills; working knowledge of Power Apps.
- Familiarity with Power BI integrations, dashboards, and external access control.
- Good understanding of Office 365 admin features and governance.
- Basic scripting (PowerShell or similar) is an advantage.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management ability.
- Good analytical skills and problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional and global teams.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Microsoft certifications (M365, SharePoint, Power Platform) preferred.
- Experience working with multinational teams or clients.
