Discover the Role

The IT team is seeking a fresh graduate who is passionate about technology and eager to build a career in IT support. This role provides first-level technical assistance to internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, devices, and applications, while gaining hands-on experience in a multinational working environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to end users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of laptops, desktops, and IT equipment;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software (Windows, Microsoft Office), and network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN);
  • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user devices and business applications;
  • Support user account management, including password reset, access rights, and email setup;
  • Log, track, and update support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper follow-up;
  • Assist in IT asset management, including maintaining inventory records and coordinating with vendors;
  • Support basic system monitoring, antivirus updates, and IT security practices;
  • Assist in routine IT operations such as system maintenance, backup activities, and reporting;
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and user guidelines for internal reference;
  • Refer complex issues to senior IT members or regional teams when necessary;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements
  • Early-career professionals with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows);
  • Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN);
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset;
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT tools;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling tasks;
  • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude when supporting users.
