Key Responsibilities

1. General Ledger Reconciliation: Perform daily GL reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting entries in Oracle ERP software.

2. Financial Record Maintenance: Prepare and maintain parallel Tally accounting books in compliance with IGAAP and make necessary adjustments as per Income Tax Act requirements.

3. Statutory Compliance & Filing: Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory compliances, including TDS, EPF, PT, and Income Tax returns.

4. Vendor & Payroll Accounting: Handle vendor payments, agreements, and payroll accounting processes accurately.

5. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, along with summaries for management review.

6. Audit Coordination: Manage and support annual audits; ensure timely completion with minimal supervision.

7. Transaction Queries: Address and resolve queries related to financial transactions during contractual periods.

8. Bank Reconciliation & Relations: Manage bank reconciliations and maintain healthy relationships with banking partners.

9. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with auditors and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of accounting tasks.

10. Communication & Query Handling: Effectively communicate with multiple departments and respond to their accounting-related queries.

11. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with various counterparts to facilitate accurate and efficient accounting processes.


Key Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of core accounting experience with strong communication skills for multi-department coordination.

- Working knowledge of tax compliances, including GST and Income Tax.

- Experience in audit coordination and preparation of financial statements.

- Proficiency in Tally; familiarity with other accounting software such as SAP is an advantage

- Confident, proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong commitment to quality work.

- Experience in client handling and cross-functional communication is desirable.
